備注:
1、若AGV 為單向,則模擬量接口只接 前驅動左電機接口和前驅動右電機接口.雙向AGV 則前后都要接。
2、若AGV 為單向,則讀卡器接口只接前進方向,若為雙向AGV 則前進方向和后退方向接口都接。
3、若AGV 出現啟動后,狀態燈綠燈正常亮起,揚聲器行走音正常,AGV 驅動不走行(AGV 觸摸屏未出現驅動報警,則故障原因為數據采集板為檢測到電機模擬量電壓,故檢查模擬量接線端即可)。
